We ship worldwide with several options for each area.
We pride ourselves in getting orders out as soon as possible, usually the same day.

International via Australia Post and FedEx

 

FedEx and Australia Post options, when you are checking out of your cart please click on your choice.
Please note that Australia Post is only responsible for parcels within Australia. Once the parcels leave Australia it is the local post services that are responsible for the items transit.

We strongly suggest using one the FedEx options for international deliveries.

HOW TO ORDER

Buying products from BuyPakula.com is easy.
These are the steps to follow:

1: Register and enter your information. Please check that you have entered the correct information especially your email address and post code.
Click the newsletter option so that you are kept up to date.

2: Select the goods you want and check your cart by clicking on the cart icon.

3: When you are happy with your selection click on checkout.

4: select your shipping address.

5: Select Shipping method

6: Pay for your goods with one of the option of Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer

You will receive confirmation of your order and payment by email.

WOULD YOU LIKE A QUOTE?

A great option

The Quote Option / Save Cart is a great addition BuyPakula

It allows you to make a selection and email it to yourself and to BuyPakula if you'd like to have your selection checked by us to make sure it's appropriate for your needs.

The module also allows us to fill in the cart for you after a discussion via Live Help (red button in the left column) which you can go through, change or accept before you check out.

You can also save the cart for future reference.

Note the quote does not include taxes or freight charges.

Here's how it works -

Click on the cart button and select View Cart

To the right of the shopping cart you'll see the SAVE/PRINT CART section

1 - Cart Title is where you enter a name for the cart. Any name is fine.

2 - Click on SAVE - this saves the quote and sends you a copy by email, it also sends BuyPakula a copy of the Quote by email. If you would like us to comment please send us a separate email with your request.

3 - By clicking on PRINT CART you can print out a copy of the cart to your own printer

4 - MERGE will add a selected cart to your current cart.

SAVED CARTS is the list of previously saved carts that can be used as a reference of previously purchased items or carts.
